2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content available on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software—is the property of HILAY or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. The use of our trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service that is not HILAY’s is continually prohibited.
3. TERMS OF PURCHASE
3.1 Eligibility
To place an order on HILAY, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid credit/debit card or an authorized payment account (e.g., PayPal, GoPay).
- Provide personal and payment details that are warranted to be valid and accurate.
3.2 Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card.
3.3 Pricing and Availability
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
3.4 Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, HILAY does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please note that the colors of our products may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
4. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and local payment methods such as QRIS (for Indonesia). Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by HILAY. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
We take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
5. DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. HILAY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or third-party logistics partners.
6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. HILAY reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the goods have been inspected by our quality control team.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. We use your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan). However, if you are a consumer in Indonesia, nothing in these terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of your local consumer laws.

HILAY reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
